Up to 8 years old

Played on a Mini RED court (36 ft) or adapted size Mini Red Court most often with foam or RED level felt balls.

Children can begin in our Sporty Tots sessions and then progress through 3 levels within Mini Tennis Red:

Mini Red Kestrel (4-6 years)
Mini Red Kites (5-7 years)
Mini Red Kingfishers (6-8 years)

17-21 inch rackets are used

Three tiers of aspiration and playing level

Aspiration to play at an intra/inter club level

Tennis8 Club Perform

Aspiration to play in external LTA sanctioned events in addition to intra/inter club

Tennis8 Excel

Players progress from service boxes > 3/4 court > full size court using 'orange' and 'green' stage transition balls (same size as a yellow ball but softer) ready to play on the 'yellow' ball.

23-26 inch rackets are used and the ball and court size are seen primarily as skill development tools.

Everyball Tennis Academy Excel Training Camps

Mike James Everyball Excel Training Camps

Everyball Excel Training camps are held at Halton Tennis Centre, Buckinghamshire with opportunities to access superb indoor and outdoor courts (acrylic and artificial clay), gym, conference room, extensive grounds and clubhouse. Camps are designed specifically for junior players already competing consistently at LTA Grade 5-Grade 1 events (as well as TE and ITF) and are the ideal preparation for tournament play across the junior age-groups 10&U-18&U.
