Mini Tennis Club-County Perform & Academy Programme
This programme is supported by the LTA in our status as an LTA Performance Programme Enhanced
The programme objective is to develop players to a National level of competitive play, at 9U (Orange ball), 10U (Green ball) and in time, 11U (yellow ball when playing up a season). Whilst officially competing under these conditions, we see the type of ball, length of racket, size of court and scoring systems as constraints to help develop the necessary skills to progress players in the most timely way towards the full game. By subtly adjusting these constraints at appropriate moments we will develop more skill-full, adaptable players able to transition effectively and efficiently between levels and ball colours.
The Everyball Club-County Perform Mini Tennis squads are aimed at our younger players within the coaching program who are showing some early promise in their tennis, with good coordination, athletic skills, enjoyment of the game, and a competitive spirit.
The main philosophy of Club-County Perform Mini Tennis is one of “doing a little more, a little earlier”, gently encouraging more tennis whilst still retaining the fun and a genuine love of the game.
Upon an invitation from the coaching team, there is a requirement to attend two sessions per week.
How to Book & Pay
Please register your child by completing the booking form.
It is our aim that no child should miss out on the opportunity to attend 2 Club Perform sessions as part of their training program. With this in mind, we are offering different payment options:-
1. Payment can be made in 2 tranches - payment 1 during the first week of term (to cover one squad day for the term); payment 2 can be made following Half-Term (to cover the second squad payment).
2. Payment can be made in full for 2 squads at the beginning of term.
3. If you are experiencing difficulty paying the course fees this term, we ask that you get in touch with Mike at mikejames@everyball.net.
